This website is run by Academia Brasileira de Neurociência e Arquitetura Ltda., trading as NEUROARQ® Academy, registered under CNPJ (Brazilian company ID) No. 42.835.606/0001-97.
Use of the website
You may freely browse, read and share the website's links. You may not use the website for illegal purposes, submit false data or someone else's data without authorization through the forms, try to bypass the website's protections, overload it with automated access or copy its content in bulk with bots. NEUROARQ® may block access and submissions that violate these terms.
Forms and personal data
The data you send through the forms is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy, which explains what we collect, why and how to exercise your rights.
Intellectual property
The texts, images, videos, free materials, proprietary tools, the NEUROARQ® brand and logo belong to NEUROARQ® or to those who authorized their use, and are protected by Brazil's Copyright Law (Law No. 9,610/1998) and Industrial Property Law (Law No. 9,279/1996). You may quote excerpts with attribution to the source and use the free materials for personal study. Reproducing, distributing, selling or adapting the content for other purposes requires written authorization.
Courses, purchases and third-party platforms
The website presents NEUROARQ® courses and programs, but purchases do not take place on it: payment is made on the Eduzz platform, which has its own terms and privacy policy. The website does not receive or store card or payment data. The price, payment method, guarantee, cancellation and refund of each product are those stated on its page and at checkout. For any online purchase, you may withdraw within 7 days, with a full refund of the amount paid, as guaranteed by Art. 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code. When the product page offers a more favorable condition, the offered condition applies.
Links to other websites
The website has links to third-party websites and services, such as social media, the payment platform and the podcast player. NEUROARQ® does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. When you access them, their own terms and policies apply.
Limitation of liability
NEUROARQ® works to keep the website online and its content correct and up to date, but does not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors. The website's content is informative and educational and does not replace a professional project or consultancy for your case. Nothing in these terms limits the rights guaranteed by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.

The version in force is always the one published on this page. Changes to these terms do not alter conditions already accepted in a purchase made before them.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the district of São Paulo/SP are chosen to settle matters relating to them. If you are a consumer, you may file a claim in the courts of your place of residence, as permitted by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Art. 101, I).
