Completion certificate

Required. PDF up to 5 MB or an image (JPG, PNG or WebP). Only the team sees the document, to check your certification, and it is deleted when the application is approved or rejected. Images are shrunk and converted in your browser, and location and camera data are removed.

Optional. JPG, PNG or WebP. Your browser shrinks and converts the photo before sending it, and the location and camera data are removed.

How we use your data

Shown in the directory after approval: name, city and state, certification, seal, cohort, links, short bio and photo.
Not shown anywhere on the site: CPF and email. They are only for the team to confirm you are certified and to contact you.
The completion certificate and the CPF are only for the team to check your certification, and they are deleted as soon as the application is approved or rejected.
An application the team has not answered is deleted after 90 days. Your email is kept while your card is published.
